You can delete your own account with the following steps:
Log in to your account
- If you don't remember your password, you can request a password reset link here
- Go to the Account Settings page
- Scroll down to the bottom of that page and follow the instructions there to delete your account
If you don’t see the option for deletion...
...and are a student - You are likely still enrolled in one or more teachers’ sections. You will need to ask each teacher(s) to remove you from their section before you can delete your account. We cannot legally remove you from a section because your account is considered student data owned by your school district. After you have been removed from all sections, return to the Account Settings page and you should see the option for deletion.
...and are a teacher - You will first need to leave all sections you are enrolled in. Go to the Home Page, scroll down to the bottom, and click on the 'Leave Section' buttons in the sections table. Don't forget to check your 'Archived Sections' as well.
