I'm receiving an "Email not found" message when attempting to reset my password. What should I do?

If upon entering your email address on the password reset page, you receive an "Email not found" message, the email address you've entered is incorrect/ not the one associated with your Code.org account.

Try entering any additional email addresses you may have used to sign up with.

If you are still experiencing issues logging in, please contact support@code.org with the email address you're attempting to reset the password for.
