Code.org runs an annual Hour of Code campaign to challenge participants to try an introduction to computer science.
Code.org is looking for international partners who can spend about 1 day/week to help promote the campaign by (1) coordinating with teacher organizations to recruit classroom teachers to participate and (2) using media / celebrities / blogs, to get online / social media / news coverage. To get a sense of what hosting a campaign entails, please review this Hour of Code Guide with our recommendations on how to promote a successful campaign.
Want to get involved? Check our list of international partners to find your country's organizer. If you don't see a partner listed in your country, apply to become an international Hour of Code organizer.
Note: We are seeking partners who can help us reach thousands of teachers and schools in their country. If you just want to host an Hour of Code event with a group of students, go here to learn more.
