Code.org allows students and teachers to sign into Code.org through PowerSchool! To add Code.org to your PowerSchool platform:
- Log in as a district admin
- Navigate to Admin -> System -> System Settings -> Plugin Management Dashboard
- Install the Code.org plugin listed
- Enable the plugin
The plugin is available to administrators on PowerSource Exchange. An admin will need to search the Exchange for code.org and download the plug in from there.
Once this is done, students and teachers in the district should be able to connect to Code.org. They will be able to create a Code.org account through PowerSchool and be able to sign into that Code.org account through PowerSchool moving forward.
For teacher users of Unified Classroom, first sign into Unified Classroom, then click “Quick Links” and “PowerTeacher Portal Home”:
For students or teachers that don’t use Unified Classroom, simply sign into the PowerSchool teacher or student portal, then click the “Application Launch” icon:
Then click on Code.org from the menu that appears:
