Can I charge for using your curriculum at my private school, after-school club, or other organization?

All of our materials are free to use under Creative Commons license for non-commercial purposes. As long as you aren't representing our curriculum as your own or trying to sell it, you are welcome to use our materials to teach students so long as there's no cost to the student. If you are charging a fee to compensate for your own time or overhead fees like venue space or insurance, that's fine. The main point we ask to reiterate to your students / customers is that Code.org itself and all materials within are permanently 100% free worldwide - you are only charging for your time as an instructor, and/or for technology, space, or overhead fees.

Please see our Terms of Service for more details - contact us at support@code.org with any further questions!
