Connecticut school districts (administrators and educators) must enter into contracts with the educational technology providers with which they share student information, data, records, or other personally identifiable information (PII). This requirement follows state statute (see CGS Ch. 10-234aa – dd); learn more at StudentPrivacy.CT.gov. Such contracts must include specific protections of student PII.
